1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of your delivery date. No complicated questions. No hassle.


2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return your item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in original condition — unused or lightly used
  • Be in its original packaging where possible
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items showing signs of intentional damage or misuse
  • Items purchased during clearly stated final sale or clearance promotions

4. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@aurawanders.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

5. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: 3–5 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us immediately at support@aurawanders.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost. You will not be required to return the defective item in most cases.


7. Return Shipping Costs Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Aura Wander is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return.


8. Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colour or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order at aurawanders.com.


9. International Returns — UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Singapore The same 30-day policy applies to all international customers. Please note:

  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable by Aura Wander
  • Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase
  • Currency exchange rate differences are not covered

10. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed before they are dispatched. Email support@aurawanders.com immediately with your order number to request a cancellation. Once dispatched, the order must go through our standard return process upon delivery.


11. Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe please:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again
  • Contact your bank or card provider as processing times vary
